This video shows us replacing a SF-30FQ furnace blower motor. This repair is very similar to many other SF style furnace blower motor replacements so check this out even if it’s not your exact model number. If you have power going to your blower motor and it’s not turning it’s time to replace your furnace motor. Remember the furnace motor will not start its sequence if the sail switch is stuck in the closed position so check proper sail switch functionality and verify voltage out of control board before replacing the motor. The symptom of this failure would be turning on your thermostat to heat but the fan doesn’t kick on.

Don’t know what to do when your Dometic 9100 series awning is stuck in the in position and you can’t get it out? This video shows us replacing a 9100 series Dometic (A and E) motor head assembly in the fully retracted position. This is the trickiest position to be stuck in when replacing a motor head assembly because the awning has to be slightly out to replace. If the motor won’t move you can’t get it into this position unless you watch this video. This guide will work if the motor is still operational also. If you get 12V to motor head assmebly when switch is pressed but the motor doesn’t move its time to replace. Check out what we did here.

In this video we have a lippert leveling system that won’t operate. Auto level pressed inside at remote but nothing happens. This video doesn’t involve troubleshooting but it does show the replacement process. To test check for power to motor terminals during auto leveling, if you have power at the hydra pump motor but there is no operation then the hydraulic pump motor is bad. If there isn’t power there then you need a different video. This is a 2021 Tiffin Allegro open Road but will work for most motorized units. If you power up your leveling system into auto level but you don’t hear anything this could be your issue.

This video shows a replacement of an eyebrow sticker board and an eyebrow power board on a Norcold N10DCSSR 12V compressor fridge. We do have troubleshooting video for this failure in our video library so check it out. This particular fridge wouldn’t power up when the power button was pressed on the controls.

This Norcold N10 Compressor Fridge Doesn’t turn on when the power button is pressed. We Start by testing power at main plug and end up seeing power up top to the eyebrow power board. With power applied to the eyebrow power board we should see the eyebrow light up and if it doesn’t it’s faulty. The power goes from Main power connection to compressor controller and then back out to the eyebrow power board. Now if you didn’t have power up at eyebrow power board and had power at main power connection then you would be looking at testing the compressor controller. There are 2 components to this eyebrow assembly, the power board and eyebrow sticker board. If replacing this power board doesn’t resolve the issue then continue to replace the eyebrow sticker board as well. Sometimes one damages the other. 2021 Winnebago Navion

In this Troubleshooting session we find a thermostat ( 9420A381) set to heat, furnace kicks on, and lights for 7 seconds then shuts off. We find that the thermostat started out with good voltage out on the white signal wire but it slowly dropped from 12.2V to 3V. There is an internal issue with the thermostat so we replace it. Check it out.

Here we have a Dometic 3 button thermostat (3316250.712) would intermittently turn on at night and stay on regardless of set temp. The customer would wake up in a sauna. Adjusting the temp down under current temp on the thermostat didn’t change the result. I like to call this the run a way furnace. The replacement part we installed (3316230.714) is a kit and comes with the 3 button thermostat and control box.
