I was called out to a beautiful 2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus that was having some issues. The customer was experiencing a front Coleman Mach 8 air conditioner that was running intermittently and occasionally producing unusual noises. The coach is equipped with a large solar array, substantial battery bank, and a fully vetted inverter system, and the customer also wanted to upgrade the unit with a Micro-Air EasyStart Flex with Bluetooth to reduce startup load and allow the compressor to start more smoothly and efficiently on inverter power.

What should have been a routine installation quickly turned into something much more interesting.
