In this Troubleshooting session we find a thermostat ( 9420A381) set to heat, furnace kicks on, and lights for 7 seconds then shuts off. We find that the thermostat started out with good voltage out on the white signal wire but it slowly dropped from 12.2V to 3V. There is an internal issue with the thermostat so we replace it.
