When I talk about Dicor in this guide i’m talking about the white sealant on the roof. That is the brand name of this lap sealant. Remember to clean the surface extensively before spot sealing. If the majority of the sealant is in bad shape do a full what we call in the industry scrape and seal which is removal and reseal of the full roof.
