This thermostat would not activate the fan when thermostat was set to cool. After some troubleshooting we found that the thermostat had good 12V power to it but was not sending 12V signal from thermostat to operate fan. You flip the thermostat to cool and nothing happens, maybe a humming from the roof but not blowing cold air. If this sound familiar then watch this video.
